b499's Responsible Gaming — Your Safety Is Our Commitment
b499 believes entertainment should be enjoyed safely and in a controlled way. Use deposit limits, time-out features, and self-exclusion to keep yourself protected.
Gaming is for fun — not for addiction
b499 always places player well-being as the highest priority.
Online betting and casino games are primarily a form of entertainment. However, for some people they can become a problem. b499 believes every player should play with awareness and set their own limits. Our platform offers a number of tools to help you play in a controlled and responsible way.
Responsible gaming means deciding in advance how much time and money you will spend, and taking immediate action when you feel gaming is getting out of control. At b499 we give you all the tools you need so you can always make the right decision.
To join b499, you must be at least 21 years of age. We do not allow minors to create accounts and make no exceptions on this matter.
Our Protection Tools
The protective features active on b499 keep your gaming safe and enjoyable.
Set Deposit Limits
Set how much you want to deposit daily, weekly, or monthly — entirely on your own terms. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately. To increase a limit you must wait a specified period, so decisions are not made in the heat of the moment.
Time-Out Feature
Taking a break every now and then is a good idea. At b499 you can take a time-out of anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. During this period you will not be able to log in to your account or place bets. Your account is reactivated automatically when the break ends.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a break for an extended period, self-exclusion is the option for you. You can keep your account closed for anywhere from 6 months to permanently. During this period no bonus or promotional messages will be sent to you.
Reality Check Reminder
When you have been playing for a long stretch, b499 will remind you how long you have been playing and how much you have spent in that session. This brief pause for information helps you make a conscious decision.
Strict Age Verification
Every user's age is verified when opening an account at b499. Only those aged 21 and above may register. We make no exceptions when it comes to protecting minors — this is our firm policy.
24/7 Support Team
If you have any concerns about your gaming, contact our support team at any time. We respond in both Bengali and English via live chat or email. Your privacy is fully protected.
Warning Signs of Problem Gaming
If any of the following signs appear in you, take action right away.
You are borrowing money from family, friends, or colleagues to place bets.
You are placing increasingly larger bets to try to recover losses.
You want to stop playing but cannot bring yourself to do so.
You are lying about your gaming or hiding it from people close to you.
You are neglecting work, studies, or family responsibilities to play.
You feel anxious, angry, or depressed when you are unable to play.
If any of these signs appear, contact b499's support team today or activate self-exclusion.
Build Healthy Gaming Habits
Following a few simple rules keeps gaming enjoyable at all times.
Set a Budget
Decide how much money you will spend before each session and do not go beyond that limit. Do not place more bets in the hope of recovering money you have lost.
Set Time Limits
Instead of playing for long stretches at a time, take regular breaks. Always give priority to family, friends, and other responsibilities.
Play for Fun
Do not think of gaming as a source of income. Winning is a bonus — there is no need to feel disappointed if you lose. Entertainment is the main goal.
Know Your State of Mind
Avoid gaming when you are angry, sad, or under stress. Make the decision to play with a clear and calm mind.
