These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between b499 ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("members", "you"). b499 operates an online casino and betting platform for members in Bangladesh.

These Terms apply in both English and Bengali. In the event of any interpretive discrepancy, the Bengali version shall take precedence. Accessing the b499 platform, creating an account, or using any service means you have fully accepted these Terms.

b499 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you are considered to have accepted the updated Terms.

To open an account at b499, members must provide accurate and complete information. b499 reserves the right to cancel any account where false or misleading information has been provided.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each member may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts and the balances held in them may be forfeited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

b499 reserves the right to verify a member's identity when required. Members may be asked to provide a government-issued ID or other relevant documents for verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until the verification process is complete.

2.3 Account Security

The following eligibility criteria must be met to become a b499 member:

• You are not accessing from a country or region where online betting is completely prohibited.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at b499 is ৳200 (per payment method). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank). Members must deposit from a payment account registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount at b499 is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawal funds will be sent via the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless otherwise confirmed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at b499 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000; or depositing ৳12,000 will earn a maximum bonus of ৳10,000, bringing the total balance to ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same household or device is not permitted.
• b499 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after wagering requirements have been met.
• Separate terms apply for VIP program cashback and other rewards.

Certain rules must be followed to ensure betting activities on b499 are conducted fairly and transparently.

6.1 Sports Betting

Betting is available on b499 for cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL), football (including FIFA World Cup and AFC), kabaddi, and other sports events. All betting odds are set according to market prices and are subject to change. b499 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any market.

6.2 Casino Games

Slots, live casino, card games, and other games are available in the b499 casino section. All games are operated by a fair Random Number Generator (RNG). Game results are determined completely at random, without any manipulation.

6.3 Technical Errors

Bets or game results arising from any technical error or system malfunction may be reviewed by b499 and cancelled or re-evaluated. Any unusual winnings gained due to a technical error may be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the b499 platform:

• Any attempt at fraud, deception, or manipulation.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.

• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Spreading malicious, false, or harmful content against b499.
• Assisting minors in creating accounts.

8.1 Member's Right to Close Account

Any member may request to close their account at any time. To do so, email [email protected]. All pending bets must be settled and any available balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by b499

b499 may suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If a breach of the Terms & Conditions is identified.
• If identity verification information is unverified or incomplete.
• If suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• If the member is found to be a minor.
• Due to regulatory or legal obligations.

8.3 Self-Exclusion Feature
